PlayyOn is an open platform like other network sites ie:LinkedIn. You can set up page profiles, programs, schedules, registration forms and manage communications all for free. If you choose to collect registration fees via credit cards, there will be a standard fee of X… The lowest in the industry. Most programs just add it to the registration fee.

Three easy steps:

  2. Find “Events” in the left-hand menu and create your first Event. Add photos, information and any specific registration information. You are ready to go! You can then preview and share the event, by copying the URL of the Event page into an email and invite people to register.
  3. Participants then register, paying any registrations fees, and are added to your 'People' list for you to manage and communicate with.

It takes around 10 to 15 minutes if you have photos and information ready to go.

Yes, there are two ways to do this. You can add an extra 4.1% to your registration fees; or you can add a ‘transaction fee’ to the form and it will automatically decide on the amount each time.
